Momentum in the effort to challenge the constitutionality of ObamaCare appears to be building.
Last week, a U.S. district judge denied the federal government's request to dismiss all the claims raised against ObamaCare by 20 states and the National Federation of Independent Businesses. He wants to hear more arguments on the constitutionality of forcing citizens to purchase health insurance.
Matt Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, believes the judge's decision will bolster his group's opposition to the government's motion to dismiss the case filed against ObamaCare on behalf of Liberty University and private citizens. He points out that all the cases argue against the individual mandate to buy insurance.
