Dean Welty knows he and his followers aren't alone in their support of "traditional values" - or their fear over what he says is the deterioration of such standards.
"Many of us are concerned about the moral decline in our culture," said Welty, director of the Valley Family Forum. Welty's group is concerned with such issues as the climbing divorce rate, a growing disregard for the sanctity of human life, and sexual immorality, particularly among teens, he says.
