God & Country
FOR LEFT, HATRED OF GOD AND COUNTRY GO HAND IN HAND
What is it about the left and God? Why do the mildest public expressions of faith drive them nuts? Is there a connection between the treason of liberals and their war on religious expression?

God Works Best after a Crucifixion
by Rick Scarborough
President and National Co-Chairman, Vision America

On Wednesday, November 12, I attended the trial/inquisition of Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore. I sat directly behind Attorney General William Pryor, whom the President has nominated to serve on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. From the opening statements of the Prosecuting Attorney, it was clear that the Chief was not going to receive a fair trial and that the Attorney General of Alabama was determined to see the Chief removed.

The Truth About The 10 Commandments And America – Commentary
The Ten Commandments Controversy
By Michael Novak
On August 27 of this year, under the direction of U.S. District Court Judge Myron Thompson, a small monument (not even four feet high) of the Ten Commandments was removed from the back end of the towering rotunda in the Alabama state courthouse. Judge Thompsons argument for removing the monument runs as follows: Any recognition by the Alabama Supreme Court of a special role for the God of Judaism and Christianity in this nations understanding of civil and political rights represents an establishment of religion, and thus violates the First Amendment.

Judicial Tyranny

REDEFINING THE RULES
How Judges Are Destroying Our Religious Freedoms
Written & Compiled by Mark Sutherland
Our nation is in a judicial crisis. Every day on the evening news, we hear of more and more judges whose rulings make us sick to our stomachs - rulings against Ten Commandment monuments, rulings against freedom, rulings against morality, rulings that go against the very essence of the founding of our great nation and the godly values upon which it was established. But we are continually reminded by these same news stories that we are a nation of laws, and if a judge rules that something is the law, we cannot do anything about it. This is as far from the truth as you can get.

JUST SAY NO TO JUDICIAL TYRANNY
A Speech by Don Feder to the Conservative Political Action Conference, January 22, 2004
There's a movie - just released on video and DVD - called "Open Range." It's a morality tale set in the Old West. In one moving scene, Robert Duvall tells the townsfolk, "A man's got a right to protect his life and property. Ain't no rancher or his lawman gonna take that away!" Similarly, we could say, " A man or a woman's got a right to protect his faith, family and freedom. Ain't no judge gonna take that away!"

What They're Saying About Vision America

Conservative Spotlight: Save the Ten Commandments Project
by Joseph A. D'Agostino
Time was, just about everybody liked the Ten Commandments-and a vast majority of Americans overwhelmingly continue to do so. But judges and others among our cultural elites don't, and they have been perfectly willing to destroy democracy, self-government, the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution in their efforts to efface the Ten Commandments and the secular laws based on them from American civilization. (see "Man of the Year: Roy Moore" ) Among the countless images and texts with a religious background that tyrannical judges have been removing from America's public spaces over the past few decades, the Ten Commandments have arisen as the most telling and the most visible.
